Here&#8217;s what you can expect to happen each week.<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Arrive approximately 15 minutes early.<\/li>\n<li>There will be a table set up with several clipboards on it. Each clipboard will have a run distance written at the top (generally 1, 3, or 5 miles). Choose which distance you would like to complete for the day and print\/sign your name on the sheet (don&#8217;t worry, if you decide that you want to turn back early or run a longer course, you are welcome to do so!).<br \/>\nWhy are you signing? This sheet is our participation\/liability waiver and also allows us to keep track of how many people we have out on the courses.<\/li>\n<li>Hang out with the other runners. 5 minutes before the run starts, the director for the run will get everyone&#8217;s attention and explain the courses. He\/she will also make any additional club announcements such as upcoming races.<\/li>\n<li>Go run or walk your course and have a great time! You can finish at your own pace, whatever that may be.<\/li>\n<li>When you cross the finish line, our timing volunteers will hand you an index card with a number on it. Go over to the sign-in table and write your name and distance on the card. Then put the card in the corresponding tupperware box.<\/li>\n<li>Go enjoy some treats and drinks while catching up with other runners!
