Summer 2020 BSWD Participation Awards
The following items are available for BSWD members to claim as awards during the 2020 Summer Fun Run season.
To view a picture of an item, click the Photo Link in the appropriate row of the table – you can use the arrows to the sides of the photo to scroll through photos of all the items. Click the circled “X” (above the upper right corner of the photo – you might need to scroll up to see it) to close the photo viewer.
Summer 2020 Participation Prizes
How to claim your prize:
Each prize lists the number of points required to earn it. As you accumulate points during the season, you can earn more prizes! When you order a prize, your points total will be decremented by the points required for that prize. To see what your current point total is, check your balance in the Summer 2020 Fun Runs Summary table.

Ordering your prize:
Got enough points to claim a prize? Here’s how you do it – send us an email:
- Address your email to bigskywinddrinkers@gmail.com
- Set the Subject line to “Participation Award – {First Name} {Last Name}” (please use the First and Last Names as they are listed for you in the Fun Runs Summary table, where you confirmed you have enough points)
- In the body of the email, tell us, for each prize you are ordering:
- the name of the item
- the size of the item, if applicable
- the quantity of the item, if you want more than 1
- Also, let us know where and when you’d like to receive your order (NOTE: for now, the only options will be the Tuesday Night Track workouts at Lindley Park on Tuesday evenings, or at the Hellenga residence (1017 O’Connell Drive, south of the Bozeman hospital) – we’ll add more options later, maybe!)
When we receive your order, we’ll confirm we have the items available, make sure you have the required number of points, package up your order, and email you back to confirm when it’ll be ready to be picked up!
