We are a family-friendly, non-competitive group that meets with the purpose of fitness, support, and fun. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been running for years or taking your first running steps. We welcome runners, walkers, joggers, strollers, meanderers, ramblers, dashers… we welcome YOU!
