Take a ramble up onto the crest of the Bangtail Range from the north end!  Runs start from Brackett Creek trailhead, just east of MT  86  (Bridger Canyon Road), on the road to Clyde Park.  To reach the trailhead,  take Rouse north from Main Street until it becomes Bridger Drive.  Continue past the “M”, Bridger Bowl turn-off, and Crosscut  ski center.  About 2.3 miles past Crosscut, turn right onto Brackett Creek Road, and pull into the parking lot on your right, just past a small bridge.
